The Telemetric Box is a personal freelance project developed under my brand A3D Design & Print. It consists of a compact, custom-designed enclosure that integrates multiple sensors to measure various environmental conditions in industrial machines.
Controlled by an Arduino Uno, the system was designed to monitor temperature, humidity, vibrations, and toxic gases. Upon detecting abnormal readings, the system triggers an alert through a built in buzzer and displays sensor-specific warnings on an integrated LCD screen.
I was responsible for the complete mechanical design and system integration. The enclosure was developed in two parts base and lid allowing easy access and secure assembly with screws and embedded magnets for mounting on metal surfaces. The final 3D printed design proved robust and functional in several real world applications.
